I have a small website with just a few number product pages. But it loads slow & page load speed is not so good.

Please provide me some good suggestions that would help in optimizing the website speed.

According to the HTTP Archive, images make up about half of the file size of a typical website. So, if you can reduce the size of the images you use on your web, you might be able to reduce the file size of your site significantly. Alternatively, if you're already using cheap hosting and your site is loading slowly, it's possible that you've outgrown your current host.
