In my opinion, good hardware for servers and quality support for customers are major factors that is needed to be a good hosting company.

Client pay for quality service and great return on investment. High uptime,fast support, competitive price- thistheseare most important attributes of web hosting company .Flow of work matters a lot in company.

                                 Operational level
If flow is proper then service flow is very good towards end users.

For me most important attribute is “Quality”. I don’t consider other points like servers, freebies provided with account. Support for the customers. Regardless quality is most important attribute on which every provider should focus.

Best hosting companies should have:-
   For avoiding downtime company should have quality hardware and software network.
   Quality and knowledgeable support staff for quick solution to problems.
   Company should have complete transparency in their work.
   Loyalty towards their customers.
   Security to customers.

Servers are main and important for any hosting company. If you target particular customers location and have servers else were than it’s of no use.

B.   Network connectivity
C.   Security
D.   Value added offers
E.   Support
F.   Terms of service.
II] Which attributes keeps me with Web host:-
   Reliability and support when things go wrong.
   Develop trust relationship over time.
   Professionalism in sales, support, easy billing practices.
   Support methods - easy to use ticket systems.

In order to understand server quality, its important to know what are customers view, who had already used services. So, reading customers review can help you in many ways to understand company services.
