I would like to know if there are any scripts to force ads through the WHM reseller account (https://www.milesweb.com/reseller-hosting.php) on all the accounts present in it? One of my friend's has a reseller hosting account and there are free clients within the same reseller hosting account. I am looking for an option for forced ads in the header and footer or maybe a pop up. Let me know if there is a way out.

There are plugins to manage such ads. You will have to install one of the plugins. The ads can be controlled from: WHM -> Plugins -> Forced Ads

You can also try .htaccess of all the clients, you can also give some redirection or popup codes while they visit your server.
