If you receive any complaint, will you shut down the website and then inform us or you will first inform us and allow us 12 - 24 hours to update the website?
We will not directly suspend your website. Your website would be functional, we will forward you the complaint. You need to take the necessary action within 24 hours. If you fail to respond us within 24 hours then we may have to suspend your website temporarily until the issue is resolved.
