Title: Website Malware Attack : Do you provide malware detection and deletion service?

I'm with Bluehost now. I'm getting malware attacks very often. I had to take my websites down because of a recent malware attack. I'm planning to move all my websites from bluehost. Not less than 10. Do you guys provide malware detection and deletion? If you could provide malware detection stuffs and deletion. I would love hosting with you guys.

The websites that are getting malware attack are WordPress and eCommerce based.

For malware protection, a scan is performed on our servers which quarantines the affected files. If any specific plugin OR theme is targeted with the malware attack, we recommend to use an alternate plugin. Usually, plugins already have a detected back door OR vulnerable code which makes it easy to be malware infected.

If any specific domain is targeted, we disable file uploads which disables the ability to use the POST method for initiating such attacks.

Let's say I'm getting malware attack. Will your tool prevent and protect my sites? or will you suspend my account and ask me to clean the files myself?

As mentioned above, malware scan will be performed on the server and affected files would be quarantined. We will not suspend your hosting account.

Again. I'm insisting you about the malware stuffs. I'm moving out of Bluehost because of their damn policy. I don't want my sites to go down.
Are you sure that malware detection & prevention is a part of the hosting service?

We have solution for the malware attacks. We can prevent it so we offer it as part of our hosting service. Nowadays. such attacks are carried out using the POST method. We can disable file uploads for domains which are infected with the malware. We will migrate all your data from Bluehost to our server. Before making your websites live on our server, we will scan all your domains.
