I am working in sales department of web hosting company. It's being 12 months now,we are getting good amount of visitors on our website but those visitors are not getting converted into customers.
Please suggest me some options.
In my opinion any hosting business needs excellent website design. Design your website as per your customer needs, frame content simple and under stable to reader.
Once you start a new business, you can't get succeed unless you don't know the basics of your business. Do research why your site doesn't sale your products to customer which is more crucial than success. There are many points which lead to failure in sales.
For e.g.:-
Poor Business Strategy.
Poor Use of Advertising Principles.
Inadequate Promotion & Research (most common).
Not Focused -On broad topics, audience & territory.
Poor Audience Targeting-segmenting.
Poorly-designed site
Please focus on such points. You will get good results.
I would like to share my opinion on this topic. We all know that online selling is complex and competitive business. Proper research, planning, design and coding, testing, re-writing, promotion,SEO efforts,pay per click costs and other related cost brings up a unique site with unique content may help in getting top ranking positions in search engines.
If you have good traffic and low sales than you have a problem of poor qualification of prospects, poor credibility or you are failing to communicate, poor navigation etc. If you are depending on organic ranking instead of paid advertising then it's your content and products as they are not convincing or communicating.
How you advertise your product or service is also important. Advertisement conveys your message to your customers. There are various advertisement forms like humor ads, informative ads, angry ads, motivational ads etc. Ads should be in these forms like for e.g. informative ads such ads convey information and create awareness among customers.
I consider price factor equally important because pricing is important for customers. How you plan your pricing, guarantee as compare to competitors.
Hello, winning customer trust is most crucial and important part in order to convert good lead into sales.
1) Provide add-ons to customers,
2) Allow them to take trial of services,
2) Make them sure that customer are first priority than anything.
Maintaining good relation with the customer is the success of any business. If you want to grow your business, then the customer satisfaction plays a vital role in the same. So by giving them good service and support increase your sales lead.

In that case, you need to have strong online and offline network connection. It would help you to find exact customer requirements. Also, check whether your customer need has changed or not.
Also, check your affiliate program that can help you to reach customer base.
