I want to know how blogs are beneficial for us and how can we do blog submission?
I know some free blog submission site like Tumblr. Com, Weebly. Com, Blogger. Com, Wordpress. Com, etc., but how they are beneficial for us.
What is more important for us? Publishing blogs on our site or on free blog sites?
Blogs have end numbers of benefits. If you update it on a regular basis, you will be attracting more visitors and traffic to your site. This will also help in generating revenue for your business.

Well, in my opinion, blog commenting and blog posting plays a major role in SEO. It gives you backlinks and those backlinks will help you grow more in online business. I consider these free online websites beneficial for blog submissions.
Blogs sites which are mentioned by you are reputed sites and these sites help a lot to gain audiences. It is used for developing the blog network and these will help to gain popularity in the respective field.
I think every hosting provider should have blogged blog section on their website. Post a 1000 word article daily in your blog.

I agree with reply @ 5, but I think submitting blogs on both the sites (free blog site and own website) are beneficial.
Blog submission is not only used for backlink purpose, but also help visitors to draw attention to the site. We cannot mention every information and topic on the website. Blog sections help us to cover good topics and help us to create awareness.
I will suggest you Tumblr.Com. The Only thing you can do is tag your post and people will find them. By doing this you will get good amount of followers.
