I am using some of the famous social bookmarking websites like reddit, delicious and stumbleupon for daily content submission. Suggest some websites, where I can submit my content. Is it helpful to submit content on social bookmarking websites?

There are many benefits of high, DA, authority and country specific bookmarking websites:
1) They will help you to increase website or blog traffic
2) Help in link building process
3) Search engine quickly crawls social networking and bookmarking websites in comparison to other websites.
I don't use social bookmarking websites, because they give nofollow links. So why to use it? I use only those websites which give dofollow links and I am happy with the output.

It's good to know that you are getting good output from dofollow link, but you will get more benefits from SB websites too. A site like Diigo allow users to annotate on web pages, sometimes it helps to get backlinks to your page which in return increases search engine visibility and popularity.
SB is indeed important to increase SERP, but we should carefully handle fake and original accounts.
