For that require their own domain name in order to recognize more. The typically hosted business email address is in the form of person@companyname.com. Big companies normally host their own email servers for more security and utilization.

Some companies prefer email hosting over free email services like Gmail or Rediffmail because:-
(a) It gives you a professional email with your own domain like 'info@yourcompany.com'
(b) It helps your customers and subscribers to easy exchange of important documents like invoices, client contract or any sensitive information.
That's why I think all organizations should have such professional Emails regardless the size of the organization.

Again, if you own a small or medium sized business (SME), then you should not want to operate your business email using one of these providers since the email service is typically sub-par as compared to a professional email hosting service.
