If i choose Wiki01 plan, can I change to Wiki02 and Wiki03 later on whenever I wish if my website needs more space and bandwidth? or what are the terms to change plans? What type of mediawiki support you are providing?

Web Hosting / Migration from old VPS to new VPS

We wannt to move our current VPS to the VPS bought here. Host name and ns are the same.
1. Can we schedule time when data will be moved so we can warn our clients? Current VPS is managed by cpanel and currently offline. We are waiting on datacenter to fix it....
2. Is it enough to change only ns after data moving? Will everithing be ok? We would like not to change anything else.
3. Why is memory usage in new VPS so high? 980.4 MB of 1 GB Used?
