Kapil, it was necessary to do redirects. Now you will need to wait really long. Periodically update and submit the sitemap in webmaster tools for re-passing, the best option is to add most important pages manually at the same time. Hope this helps.

There are several reasons to update the versions:

There could be a compatibility problem with newer versions of plugins.
There could be is a problem with plugin settings after the update (you may need to check the plugins after updating the CMS).
New plugins and cms eat more resources sometimes.
The problem could be faced with functions, they may stupidly stop working after the upgrade.

To avoid the problems, it is better to check for the updates.

It is super important to consider prospecting for links because it is a strategy that works and you can get good links. Whether through a guest post, whether through offering original content to the owner of a website, suggesting a link, etc.

I recommend a previous step, which is the production of original content, and that will be linked, so that the links do not point to pages that are meaningless to the user. Today, Google knows how to read the context very well and so you will create the best links. Not to mention that good content is the right factor to achieve totally natural and spontaneous links.

Another tactic that has worked a lot was widgets - you create a widget (tool for a website) with a backlink to your site; Today the infographics are fashionable. They obviously work, but my priority is content generation. :)

Kabir,

The best way to know this is by testing; The most important one is whether the database is the client database or MySQL database. If it is MySQL and the server is good, I do not think it will reduce much unless it implements a cache.

This is a rather complex answer because it depends on a series of variables:

1. Quality of the source code;
2. Type of connection;
3. Quality of the server;
4. Absence or presence of the cache.

Anyway, the best option is to test and optimize the code, page size, images size for better loading time.

Suneel, through the keyword tool of Adwords, it is possible to do this analysis, depends on the way and logic that you use to interpret it. As for your initial question, betting on the long tail making these pages connect head-tail pages is the best option, in my opinion.

PS. The keywords provided by Adwords show the level of competition for a particular keyword, meaning the higher the competition, the more campaigns there are. However, it also provides us with interesting data that are the global and monthly surveys, through which you can know the level of interest of the user in relation to a certain keyword. This way you can find out which words can bring you a greater flow of visitors and outline your strategy. I hope I have helped.

Hello @Suneel, I believe that what will define which words to use, is to first understand the purpose you want with the traffic that comes to the site, in your case the INTENTION is tour package sales is what I think.

For sales of tourism packages, I would put myself in the position of the person who is carrying out the search, with the INTENTION OF PURCHASE, would work in two freights: focus on product and focus on the company.

Focusing on the company

tourism agency
tour operator
travel agency

Focus on the Local company

Travel agency
Tourism operator
Travel agency

Focus on the products = (for e.g., Kesari Tours)

Kesari Tours and travel
Kesari Tours and travel package
Kesari Tours and travel packages
Kesari Tours and travel agency
Kesari Tours and tourism agency
Kesari Tours and travel agencies
Kesari Tours and tourism agencies

Now if you also have a Blog, you would have to work through all the semantics, the complete universe, where you enter: hotels, air tickets, inns, travel guide, and so on ...

Just remembering, in one of the SEO lecture classes, an expert talked about conversions, and between 3 or 4 terms has a tendency to have greater conversion than very generic words, for example with 1 or 2 terms.

What do you think?

Whenever it is interesting to the context, I link mainly references to the Wikipedia pages because it is a reliable site and will give a complete information.

For example, if you need to add links to videos, you should put YouTube video links but always remember to add the description of the video on the site and giving the author rights. So this will not create a problem for you.

I think you could let go of new calendars little by little. First of all the years of the XX century and XXI, then the months of the last decade, etc. It does not seem wrong to have calendars, but just be careful because Google may not understand that this is right.

If the site has dozens of links to other sites that are trusted, we should still use nofollow. There is no risk of Google thinking that our page is a partnership page.

Example: My site advertises public tenders on a list of open competitions. I do not want to download each file and store it on my website so I read the main information and I publish it on my website and the basic extract has a link to the website of the company that is applying the contest so that the user can read the complete post if you want. I don't think there is any problem in terms of SEO for having all nofollow links.

Businesses and the Internet! This has become a tandem inseparable nowadays as any company uses or should use the Internet as a means of diffusion and attracting new customers.

Opportunities have multiplied for many companies because of the network. Whether it's a large global company or a small local business, they all have a place on the Internet and can take advantage of the medium that puts at your disposal the opportunity to grow the business.

HOW DOES THE INTERNET HELP THE COMPANY?

The opportunities on the Internet are almost infinite and that is why companies need to be present in the middle. Although it may seem easy, to be effective on the Internet, companies need to have the help of an agency online advertising professional with experience in online stock and offer the best guarantees of success. Only in this way, companies will be able to enjoy the 3 advantages offered by the Internet:

1. The internet as a broadcast medium: In India, more than 35% of the population uses the internet, and many of them do it daily. The potential of this medium for companies, which can reach a much wider audience at a much lower cost than other traditional advertising campaigns, is evident.

2. The internet as a means of capture: Coming to this wide audience that will not stop growing, in addition to publicizing our brand, product or service, is also a unique opportunity to find a greater number of people interested in it, which are potential customers. If we know how to treat these potential customers on the internet, at some point they become easily become your CUSTOMERS.

3. The internet as a means of interaction: In addition to offering new opportunities with new customers, the network is also a perfect medium with which you can interact with them. In this way, we can communicate directly with our customers, we will know their opinions, their concerns, their problems ... It is the perfect channel to create a community around our brand.

WHAT MARKETING TECHNIQUES ARE MOST USED ON THE INTERNET?

Achieving these three goals is not an easy task. Hence the need for the services of an internet advertising agency arises. These experienced agencies and up-to-date knowledge of the medium already know the most effective actions to help companies to improve their business and make it grow.

On the Internet, you can use various techniques that will help you reach your goals. The most commonly used are those that have been most effective. Today there are 4 main techniques, although the Internet evolves day by day and it is possible that in a short time new and revolutionary techniques appear that changes the panorama.

1. Content, the power to attract your customers. It has been shown that this technique may be the most effective. The reason is that it is a marketing technique in which the commercial objective is hidden since what is sought is to offer our readers interesting and useful information related to what we offer.

2. Organic positioning, visibility in the results. Google results pages are the most visited in the world. Every day, millions of people use this search engine to find the solution to their needs and doubts; And, of course, the companies that appear first are those that get a greater number of customers. The organic positioning is the one that gets the top positions in Google for your company.

3. Using Paid ads platform (Adsense) for Google can let you highlight your company. In these results pages, there is also a space for the ads that Google itself manages. Paid ads on Google are an effective way to reach a public that is potentially interested in what we offer. Thus we get visits to the website of our business that we really care about.

4. Social Networks, the community. More than 80% of Indian Internet users have social profiles, making India the tenth country in the world that uses more social networks. Word of mouth and recommendations from friends are two powerful tools that companies can take advantage of by encouraging the creation and an online community on social networks.

Check if there is any problem with the OnPage or OFFPage SEOactivities. You can make use of tools like MOZ or Majestic SEO. Also, check if there is any notification related to spam or suggestions in google webmaster tools.
