Hosting and email in one package, this is cost saving for me. What are the operational hours? When can I contact your team?

I have a template built in HTML and PHP. Now I want to register a domain and buy hosting package to host the 15 page template site. I will also need 5 email ids. Which hosting package will be suitable? Can I host the website and use email service from a single package or I should get two separate packages?

My old hosting provider is not available 24/7, but your team is available everywhere on live chat, email and forum. I am not in a hurry to finalize the hosting provider. I still have a week in hand, I will utilize this time to select the right company. I will get in touch soon and right now you are on top of my list. 

I want a hosting package with cpanel control panel without getting into any sort of contract. I should have the option to stop the service anytime, is this something you can do? What are the payment options?
