Cpanel login failed- Error: You must specify a username to login

Hello guys,

One of our customer was facing an problem at the time of login into cPanel. He was receiving an error as below.

You must specify a username to login

After read this post you will be able to solve this problem.

After investigating on this issue. We found that he couldn't login to cPanel only with IE browser, with Firefox or Chrome works fine.

The solution is disable the "compatibility view" and you can access normally.
