How to clear mail queue in Windows server with Plesk Panel using command prompt?

Hello Guys,

Follow the below steps to delete mail queues.

1. Login to server using remote Desktop (RDP).

2. Open command prompt & type the following in command prompt:

   

cd "%plesk_dir%/Mail Servers/Mail Enable/Queues/SMTP/Outgoing"

3. Then type the following in command prompt:

del *.mai

4. Enter 'y' in command prompt

5. Now type the following in command prompt:

   

cd Message

6. Type the following in command prompt:

 

del *. mai

7. It will take some time to finished. That's all.
