cPanel is charged per website?

Quick question about cpanel. I was quoted for the Competent VPS managed hosting. And to add cpanel is an additional $20

Is the $20 per website for for the entire hosting including any/all domains I add to the server?

We charge $20 per month for the cPanel if you wish to use it with your VPS. cPanel license is issued on the server IP. Once the cPanel is installed on your VPS, you can add multiple domains on it. Every domain would have it's own cPanel login. There is no restriction on the number of domains.
