Error: Unable to retrieve key

Hello folks,

One of our client was facing below error while accessing a cPanel/WHM feature "Remote Access Key"

Error:

Unable to retrieve key.

Solution :
Login to your server via SSH using root login details.

Go to /root direcorty and cat file .accesshash. If this file is blank then remove it.

Now go to WHM and try to access function Remote Access Key, it should work now.
