How to check second level quotas for VPS is enabled or not?

Hello folks,

Many newbies faces problem with problem with second level quotas for VPS. To check it is enabled on or not on the vps run below command on host node.

# vzquota stat 203 -t | head -n 6

   resource          usage       softlimit      hardlimit    grace
  1k-blocks      138503228       209715200      209715200
     inodes        2636997       104857600      104857600
User/group quota: on,active
Ugids: loaded 337, total 337, limit 4294967295
Ugid limit was exceeded: no

Check for the Bold line you can see it is active or not.
