Finding end users for domain names

I would like to know if anyone of you sell the domain name to the end users on a regular basis? If you do so, could you please share information about selling the domain names and finding the potential customers for the domain names.

Hi Abhinav,

I am not into this but at times I receive lot of emails from people who try to sale hosting related domains. They identify the prospect and then try to sale him the domain which would be of his field. I think these people spend good amount of time in analyzing the prospect.
