Error accessing PHP and suEXEC from WHM

Hiya Members,

Today, I was trying to enable suPHP on one of our client's server and when trying to access Configure PHP and suEXEC from WHM as root, received an error as below.

Can't fork at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/SafeRun/Simple.pm line 40.
   Cpanel::SafeRun::Simple::_saferun_r('ARRAY(0x286c630)', 0) called at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/SafeRun/Simple.pm line 68
   Cpanel::SafeRun::Simple::saferun('/usr/local/cpanel/bin/rebuild_phpconf', '--available') called at whostmgr/bin/whostmgr2 line 12550
   main::phpandsuexecconf() called at whostmgr/bin/whostmgr2 line 1142

A quick cPanel update & restarting the service fixed it. The fix was not that tough compared to the error above 

# /scripts/upcp --force
# service cpanel restart
