how to change server time to india time

i want change the server time to india time,but i don't know what's area in /usr/share/zoneinfo/Asia/
 
the Server system is CentOS6

There are not enough servers in Indian zone. It's best to use Asia zone (asia.pool.ntp.org) for common NTP server address in India.
