Snap Chat – Can be Promoting Tool for Hosters!!!

As we all know that Traditionally hosting company from big to small have used non social media based platform to promote their brand.

As soon as time passes away various modes of promotions are introduced and marketing efforts are extended on them like Facebook,Twitter, Instagram. People are more addicted towards Facebook and twitter rather than instagram because it does not engages huge amount of web hosting company. Appropriate post can be limited on Instagram.If we talk about virtual service this is evident by frequency of post on Instagram versus Facebook& twitter (check any hosting brand who posts across all 3).

Recent talk says twitter is losing traction. It's not performing to the extent that stock market is expecting. I also came to know marketers are pulling their advertising platform due to poor ROI.  Recently it has said that snapchat has surpassed twitters daily users figures.

Snapchat stories evaporate after 24hours (open for correction) so that your content will remain fresh.

 Most of the population is not aware about web hosting. Awareness should make among people about web hosting.

Then we should think about reaching people through this mode like snapchat ,fb, twitter etc.

I mean do customers expect you to answer support tickets via snapchat?

On other hand we can add whatsup to our business that lead result too.

I am referring most of these platforms for creating awareness. Support provided through established company channels such as support desk or email systems.Facebook is not waste of time.It's one of the largest social networking site ,where we can get millions of customers from all over the world.

Facebook is not waste of time. If you are using such teen app in terms of creating awareness then think who is your targeting audience?

In term of snap chat things get deleted after some amount of time.

To all, snap chat is not solely teen app. Any promotion tool is first time called teen or useless app but it doesn't mean that it does not have capacity to reach towards customers.

Snap chat is morphing and evolving into something bigger than twitter is now. These brands are not been teen focused but have presence:-

Vice News
National geographic
Sky sport
Sky news

You know that I will never count snap chat in my marketing strategy and actually I having doubt it will work or not?

I saw some projections on LinkedIn and twitter both of were  showing a decline trend for SnapChat

Snapchat is good option for making promotion for your products/services. But make sure you don't forget to make use of other tools for promotion.

Why not?? At the end customer wants ultimate solution of their problems.So we can give in any way or in any manner.

I have seen entire conversation between support of company and customer on social media.

Hello, Snapchat is a fun messaging application. One can take a photo or a video, and send it for promoting business. Everyone would be able to view Snaps and use as promotional tool. So, I think its good tool for promoting business.
