Dedicated IP's with VPS plans

One of my customer is interested in your Competent VPS plans. Do you provide additional 20 IP's with this VPS plan ? If yes, what are the costs for additional IP's ?

Yes, with any of the VPS hosting plans we can provide as many IP's as you want. Additional IP costs $4 USD per IP monthly. Could you let me know why do you need additional 20 IP's ?
