Account Creation Status: failedSorry, a DNS entry for domain.com already exists

Hello guys,

At the time of creating account through WHM getting an error as follow :

Account Creation Status: failedSorry, a DNS entry for yourdomain.com already exists, please delete it first (from all servers in the DNS cluster).

This error is occured due to the entry for the domain which you want to add on is already exist in serve and cluster, you must delete the zone files of that domain from server and cluster.

Login to server as ssh and run the command as follow.

#/script/killdns domain.com.
