Unable to unsuspend account from Plesk Panle

Hello guys,

When a domain is suspended via Plesk and when you tried to unsuspend it, you will getting get an error stating as below.

Warning: The domain is still suspended for the following reason: This user account and user's domain were suspended.

Access command prompt & access the plesk directory with command below.

cd %plesk_bin%

Then execute the command below.

domain.exe –-on domain.com

It should fix the errors & you should be able access your domain now.
