FTP upload problem- After uploading file from FileZila, File size become a 0 kb

Hello Guys,

I have figured out one of the FTP upload problem. One of our customer was facing this problem. He was uploading a file through FTP account using FileZila. But after uploading a file to root directory of his account, file size was became a 0 kb and not showing a file content as well.

After dig on this issue, I found that it was quota which was exceeding his account. To fix this issue, need to increase the quota of that account.  Below are the steps.

1. Login to WHM
2. Go to Modify An Account under Account Functions section at left side of window.
3. There select the account and Modified the Disk space for that account.
4. Click on save button. That's all.
