Magento :: How to enable compilation mode?

Hello folks,

Each time when you send request to a magento based webiste, Magento will look for the file in the following directories:
   

app/code/local/
    app/code/community/
    app/code/core/
    lib/

Magento Compilation resolves this by copying all data into single directory. Means, only needs to search one directory rather than four for each and every request and improved website speed by 25% or 50%.

To enable Magento Compilation, First disable cache. Go to Magento back-end - System - Tools - Compilation mode, Enable. After you Enable this functionality run Run Compilation mode.

If Compilation is working then enable cache again.
