I am searching good chat application for my site. Because I got suggestions from many people and customers that having a chat option on the  website would be beneficial.

I am aware of some companies but doing more research to figure out the best options.

I do use zopim and I am happy with it, price is affordable but live chating is superior product.

I will suggest tawk.to because it gives you unlimited chats, agents and rich messenger look. You can access and handle the chat from smart phone as it has android and IOS app.

I am  using tidio chat from couple of month and it is good.

Their unlimited agents membership is also very cheap.
