Hello, guys!!

Nowadays, it is trending to write something on your social network about your life event, sending emails and much more. Because it cost nothing to write or share your views online or offline. It is just a matter of quality, how qualitative information you are giving to your readers. But on the other hand, many people think that writing is the simplest way to gain more money, but in reality when you actually sit down to write for your readers than it becomes harder than what you write on paper.  So anyone tells me what are the common mistakes that new bloggers should avoid while writing.

When you write any blog for the first time, then it is very important to know all the basic things such as the idea or concept on which you are writing the blog. The next important thing is while writing the blog you should think of the targeted audience because they are the people who are going to read your blog. And the most important thing is your content. Content should be specific and up to the mark with the title. Keep your writing conversational so that it will encourage and engage the audiences on the same. Also, while writing your topic should be broad enough so that, it will create more interest in readers. So these are some points that you should focus on and avoid the mistakes.

Use Google Analytics for tracking and it will help you in many ways like for e.g.,

1) Which posts are trending
2) How many people are finding your blog (Via social networking, Google, links or much more)
3) How long they stay on your sites
4) Bounce rate
5) And much more!!

However, there are multiple benefits of Google Analytics.

Schedule blogs for a specific day or time or occasions that will help you to get more traffic on the blogs. For e.g., for Christmas select the topics related to that.

Being a blogger, I have observed that:

In the beginning, it usually happens that blogger is self – indulgent in their blogs. In reality, users aren't interested in knowing their life or stories. Being a blogger, it is a bloggers responsibility to educate or guide the users. On the other side, it is good, if they mentioned their experiences. It will help the users to read the blogs and share it further.

Many of the bloggers forget to add social media sharing options on their blogs. This makes easy for the users to share your blogs easily on other social networking platforms.

Yes, very rightly said. Reader might not be interested in reading your story. So try to make your blog as simple as possible. And make sure your blog is SEO optimized.

Creating a blog for fun or want to make money, it always takes time and efforts for constructing a blog to builds audience.
The first most common mistake lots of bloggers focus on is quantity and not quality.
Not developing a strong niche: Writing keyword rich posts persuasive with compelling titles can engage your targeted audience.
Misunderstanding who are their targeted audience. A blogger must understand what the audience are searching for, otherwise the posts may fail to explain the problem they are looking for.
Avoid trying to be everything to everybody. Don't try to cover too many topics as problem with this is lost in the scope of the blog that can possibly disengage the audience. As a blogger writing conversational content instantly feels a connection with the writer, people will start commenting to your blog and therefore you'll increase your audience, and that will probably inspire you to write more blogs  :)
