[ERROR] Can not open directory for URI: /!

Hello guys,

After migrating an account from one server to another, after that one of our customer was receiving error as below.

[ERROR] Can not open directory for URI: /!

After investigating on it I found that the exact reason behind of this error.  There was an ownership problem to public_html directory and corrected it to "username:nobody ".

Please check the permissions and ownership on the directory where this error is occurring.
