Billing Issues / Trying to place order from different country

Hi Miles Web rep, I´m currently in Miami and tried to place an order for a VPS on behalf of my clients business in Colombia. Due to IP restrictions, my order was not accepted. I'll be in Miami for a few weeks but would like to make the purchase.

Hello,

I just paid and my Magento hosting says "pending". How should I activate the Magento? I´d like to get started building out the store today so please be as detailed as possible in your explanation. Best, Peter
