Thank you, email sent to the billing team.

Web Hosting / Installing blog on domain name
« on: July 02, 2014, 03:03:20 AM »
I already have a website live and hosted with MilesWeb. I want to start a blog to publish article related to my website theme. Should I register a new domain name for the blog, or I should setup a sub-domain under my main domain?

Last month I ordered a shared hosting plan for a month. The package is due for renewal on 14/7/2014. I want to change the billing cycle and pay for a year. What is the procedure to get this done?

I have sign up for a month, if everything goes well I will pay for a year. After few weeks, I will post my feedback here on the forum.

So far everything is good, I initiated a chat last night the agent was very helpful, he answered all my questions promptly. I am not expecting discount or deals from milesweb, I am more concerned about the support and service. If you are not able to fulfill our expectations, can we directly cancel the package, take refund, website backup and leave.

Glad to know about your customer privacy policy. I checked your website, it's designed and developed to target every type of web user like my website.  ;) I have my own set of parameters to analyze a hosting provider and MilesWeb is fulfilling almost every expectation. You are everywhere on the web, webhostingtalk, digitalpoint, review sites, blogs. I will go through the hosting plans in the morning and discuss it with my team. So far I don't see any reason to ditch milesweb. :-X

I have a responsive website built in PHP, the website is compatible with desktop, laptop, smart phones and tablets. The website should load fast on all these devices. What type of hosting server you would suggest to host a responsive website? I would also like to check a responsive website example hosted on your server.
