A caching-only server saves the data in a cache file till it doesnít get expire. A caching-only server answers to the requested data from its cache if it has that information, and if it doesnít have the information then requests it from the authoritative server.

A domain does matters for SEO. The most important building block of SEO is the structure of URLs and domains. Some of the good SEO practices for the domain are:
1) keep single domain and sub-domains
2) Make it readable
3) try to join it with Keyword
4) If possible, exclude dynamic parameters
5) Try to match URLs to Page titles.
