SEO / Social Media Discussions / Re: How can I easily index back links?
« on: August 05, 2022, 12:09:04 PM »
If you want to see effective results for your Off Page SEO activity, you have to make sure that all your backlinks are indexed on Google. Indexing backlinks is a very crucial step in Off Page SEO. So below are some suggestions to get your backlinks indexed.
1. Spammy links are the big reason that your backlinks are not getting indexed. Do not choose spammy websites for backlink building, because Google tends to avoid it. Always choose to build high-quality, relevant and worthy backlinks.
2. Don't rush to get your backlinks indexed pause for a while. What I mean is let it happen naturally. Google needs time to index new pages. So wait for google to crawl and index your backlinks. It takes around 1 - 2 weeks to index however it can go longer, so be patient and get backlinks indexed naturally.
3. Submit backlinks to Google Search Console (Google Webmaster Tool) for indexation. This is the easiest way to get your backlinks indexed faster.
4. Other way is to share your links on social media. It makes google easy to discover your desired URL and also passes social link juices. It will also be helpful in attracting new audience to your page/website.
5. If all of this doesn't work you can ping your pages URL's via backlink indexer tools.  Pinging will notify google about your new pages or blogs on your website.

GTmetrix is likely the best tool available for analyzing page speed. It offers a report on the speed at which your website loads, as well as PageSpeed and YSlow scores and other page information. It also enables you to set up alarms, check your load time, and assess how well your website performs in comparison to other websites. There are free and premium versions of GTmetrix.

Although having a fantastic URL structure for SEO may seem obvious, it is frequently disregarded. Actually, URLs are the foundation of your website and have the power to increase or decrease traffic. Use readable and appropriate keywords. remove dynamic parameters and when necessary, use hyphens and underscores and also keep it short.

Yoast is a fantastic, all-inclusive plugin that offers a variety of SEO capabilities and is very user-friendly for beginners. Using Yoast on WordPress, you can quickly manage meta descriptions, URLs, page names, and more.

If you are using hosting from a well-known host, the issue shouldn't be at the host. As per my knowledge, every time an issue was generated due to some plugins.
I would recommend disabling all the plugins, then posting blogs whilst enabling the plugins one by one.
If you have 10 plugins, you disable all of them and start posting with 1 plugin enabled, if the I/O usage doesn't go crazy enable one more and post again, and so on.

Web Hosting / Re: Operating Systems For VPS Hosting?
« on: January 08, 2022, 11:48:40 AM »
From the below listed OS, CentOS and Ubuntu are famous.
  • If you are a beginner or want to implement new software and technology as it becomes available, you may prefer Ubuntu.
  • If you want to use control panels to provide web hosting services, CentOS is the way to go because it has the compatibility that you require.
  • CentOS and Ubuntu are roughly equal in terms of security, stability, and functionality. Choosing one is simple if you consider your needs.

You can manage your server using any of the multiple web panels available. The top control panels that I suggested are listed below.
  • CentOS Web Panel
  • Vesta CP
  • Webmin
  • Ajenti
  • ISPConfig
  • cPanel/WHM
I've tried to layout the majority of options, but the best one will ultimately depend on your specific requirements.

General Discussion / Re: Regarding Website Security
« on: October 22, 2021, 10:32:13 AM »
Dear MWHF member,

How one can secure a WordPress website hosted on a Cpanel server? What are the guidelines?

You can install Hide My WP plugin to protect the website from hackers and cyber attacks. It provides you with easy and effective features to guard your WordPress, it saves your WordPress from hackers and theme detectors.

It has more protection features than default WordPress and allows you to enable IDS which is critical for network security because it enables you to detect and respond to malicious traffic.

You can also focus following points for improving your website page speed score.

1. Change the hosting or upgrade the plan
2. Reduce HTTP requests
3. Optimize Time to First Byte (TTFB)
4. Revise third-party extensions

Hi, I want to disable SSL certificate expiry alerts. If the certificates will be renewed automatically, there is no reason to alarm the customer with these emails. How should we deactivate them?

Hi,
You can have disabled SSL certificate expiry alerts using the following command,
