SEO / Social Media Discussions / What is anchor text in SEO?
« on: December 07, 2022, 03:49:22 PM »
Explain steps to optimize anchor text.

There is no such character limit for URL in SEO because it is not directly related to the ranking of your website, however, we should always try to keep URLs simple and short. Short URLs are easy to monitor, easy to understand for visitors and increase user experience. The main purpose of URL is that it should reflect what the page is about, so try to use limited characters that represent the main idea of the page.
Concluding  URL character limit does not affect SERP rankings, so use a URL structure that is suitable for your website.

Breadcrumbs are an essential component of practically every good website. These little navigational aids not only tell visitors where they are on your site but also assist Google in determining how your site is structured. That's why it makes sense to include these helpful tiny hints.

Breadcrumb is a text path seen on the top of the webpage showing the position of user on the website. This path is clickable and you can also go back to home page easily. Breadcrumb gives proper navigation to a website which leads to elevated user experience and lowers bounce rate.

SEO / Social Media Discussions / Re: Is keyword density still matter in SEO?
« on: September 29, 2022, 06:36:34 PM »
In short YES, Keyword Density still matters in SEO to improve rankings and get relevant traffic. Keyword has always been considered as an important factor for on-page optimization and getting a higher spot on the search engine. However, the general context of the content is more important than utilizing the word as many times as possible.

SEO / Social Media Discussions / Re: What is a Bounce Rate in SEO?
« on: September 26, 2022, 06:36:57 PM »
Bounce Rate in SEO is called as a percentage of visitors who only visits one page of your website or leave the website without signup, clicking on the other pages, making any purchase, etc. Bounce Rate is also considered as a google ranking factor. It is considered that the average bounce rate should be within 41% to 51%. Bounce rate more than 51% is considered as a bad bounce rate which indicates a bad user experience and poor quality of content on the website.
To reduce bounce rate, you need to re-work on content(make it easy to read) present on the website, check for the page loading speed, used compressed images on the website, etc.

SSL is called as a Secure Sockets Layer which encrypt the data between the web server and a browser. Its basic duty is to secure your website from data security and also to avoid cyber attacks.
SSL is important for SEO because Google considers websites to be authentic having SSL certificate. This means that the search engine bots will crawl pages more often containing HTTPS and eventually index them. So it is very important to have SSL certificate for your website to rank and rise trustworthiness.

SEO / Social Media Discussions / Is Word Count A Google Ranking Factor?
« on: September 20, 2022, 03:39:04 PM »
Kindly explain does word count matters to rank in the SERP.

1) Waiting for the backlinks to naturally get indexed in Google should be your initial action.
2)The Google Webmaster tool enables website owners to manually index the URL of your website and any pages with backlinks in Google. Here is a list of the three straightforward steps in this approach.
3)Ping the URLs containing the backlinks if you find out that the Google Webmaster Tool is not functioning and your backlinks have not yet been indexed.

What URL format is more beneficial for Ranking, I was just wondering? about browsers, do they all support URLs that are in UTF-8?

Yoast is a great replacement, but the all-in-one SEO pack plugin is also really good. Beginners users won't have to worry about complicated settings with it. Because it functions properly right away after activation. It automatically creates a meta description and changes your title on Google and other search engines, for instance.

How can I find out which elements are making my website slow? Any suggestions?
