Maybe not quite the right section to post this. I apologize in advance.

Dear participants of the Forum, please help on understanding this issue. How a browser (Firefox, Chrome or any other, does not matter) may disable/lock the spontaneous opening of new tabs (not talking about pop-ups, namely the opening of a new tabbed browser with some advertising). Tried checking the settings in some applications for Firefox but cannot find anything to help solve this problem. How can I do this?

Thank you in advance for your tips!

Adblock apparently blocks the display of advertising page, but nevertheless, at the same time, a blank tab in the browser is still open. Can I sing browser tabs open at all?

In terms of?! We do not understand you here. What does spontaneously mean? You have the virus sits or what?

If not, ban the tab, the browser does not know this, and it is generally necessary to prohibit the tab.

Spontaneous - when, for example, you press the website link "read more ...", and in addition to the opening of the page you want, spontaneously opens also a new tab with conventional advertising. So Adblock block this ad, but tab (empty without advertising) offers all the same. Actually, requires no tabs (even empty) does not open.

Show an example of such a site. And in fact in any way, just do not visit such sites.

Something like this has happened to me a long time ago. A new tab was to open, but with the help page, which F1 opens. The button was a problem.
