Web hosting alternative for GoDaddy

When I established my website, I wanted the best web hosting for it. Going by the reviews, I narrowed down my search to GoDaddy and HostGator as they were seen everywhere on the web. Price was never an important criteria for me so I opted for a web hosting package with GoDaddy. It's been a long time my website is hosted with GoDaddy but I am not completely satisfied because my website issues were solved but they were not solved in time. Considering the nature of website a slight delay in solving of any issue directly means loss of business for me. I have realized that its time for me to change the hosting provider.

Here is what I am looking for: 20gb space, 100gb bandwidth, 10 email address, 1 ftp account along with timely customer support.

I can no longer compromise with my website. I have learnt the lesson in a hard way, that flashy advertisement and loads of offers do not make up for the best hosting experience and perfect customer support.

I had a look at the package that you mentioned. It seems to be in tune with the hosting requirements I have. I am looking for a Europe based server, is it possible to setup my server in Europe? I also want to know if you charge for any CMS / application installments.

I have not signed up with MilesWeb so I am still a little skeptical about the customer support. Right now I hope that I will receive timely support.
