Difference between Hybrid and Community cloud ?

Hey,
One of my clients is looking for cloud hosting. So, while searching for good cloud hosting I encountered something like Hybrid and Community cloud.
Can you guys elaborate me these terms?

Hybrid cloud comes into the picture when you are need of the multiple service providers. The model incorporates various cloud services for hybrid web hosting. Basically, the hybrid cloud is a combination of private and public cloud features.

1) In the case of Hybrid cloud, a company's cloud deployment gets divided into 2 parts public and private cloud infrastructure. Where the sensitive data is stored in the private cloud, and operations that don't use sensitive data are carried out in the public cloud.

2) Hybrid cloud is used to carry out the big data operations on insensitive data in the public cloud, and the sensitive data can be kept secured on the private cloud.

3) A community cloud is a recent version of the private cloud model, that provides you a complete solution for any business communities. Business shares the infrastructure to design software and development tools. This is done because each business has its own private cloud space that provides security, privacy and compliance needs that is common to the community.

Hybrid Cloud
When a company's cloud deployment is divided between public and private cloud infrastructure, it is called as hybrid cloud. The sensitive data is storage on the private cloud which offers high security standards. If the operations don't make use of sensitive data performed in the public cloud where infrastructure can scale to meet the demands and costs get minimized.

Community Clouds
These are a modified private cloud model that offer complete cloud solution for specific business communities. The infrastructure provided by the cloud service provider is shared by the businesses for the software and development tools developed to meet the community needs. Each business is provided with its' own private cloud space built to meet the security, privacy and compliance needs that are common in the community.

Hybrid clouds help to perform big data operations on non-sensitive data in the public cloud is a more easy way and keep the sensitive data secure in the private cloud.

Community clouds are the best for companies with niche such as finance, health, or legal which strictly follow the regulatory compliance.

Community cloud: In the community cloud, the cloud infrastructure is provided on the premises or at the data center owned by the third party. Community cloud also has advantages like privacy policy and pay per use, etc. of both private and public clouds.
