SFTP - 421 Home directory not available - aborting

Hello guys,

At the time of accessing SFTP through FileZila or any other FTP client software you receiving an error as below.

Response:   331 User username@yourdomain.com OK. Password required
Command:   PASS *******
Response:   421 Home directory not available - aborting

This error is occured due to that the FTP user you are trying to log in with is configured to use a home directory which does not exist.

Solution :- To fix it create the directory which set as home for the FTP user.

You can see FTP user home directroy from cPanel > FTP Accounts, here directory will be shown in the Path section of the page.  Just create the directory and problem will be fixed.
