How to change drupal path from mydomain.com/drupal to mydomain.com

I am completely new to web hosting and this is my first installation on the server. I logged into the cpanel and installed drupal. To browse the website I have to type mydomain.com/drupal. I want to access the drupal website from the main domain. How do I change the path?

Welcome to MilesWeb forum. I hope you have not added any information on your Drupal site. The best option to change the path is to reinstall the Drupal. During the installation process, please leave 'In Directory' field blank. If you add anything in this field then again Drupal will get installed on mydomain.com/text-you-type-in-directory-field
