Error:: Email does not exist - Not able to chage password.

Hello Guys,

One of our clients was facing an issue with his one of email accounts. He was not able to reset the password of email account from the cPanel.

He said that he was having an error below at the time changing password from >> Email account >> Change password.

Email does not exist

After investigating on that, I found that his cPanel account's quota has reached to the limit set. To solve this issue you have to modify the quota limit of cPanel account. Beneath are the steps.

1. Login to WHM.

2. Found the account from Modify an account option under Account functions at the left side of screen.

3. Select an account from the list and click on Modify button.

4. Increase the Disk quota and click on save button.

That's all, now you should be able to reset the password of email account.
