Connection idle time: 121 while in state: 5 watching for event: 25,close!

Hi,

When trying to access the website with litespeed web server install, it times out. It usually occurs if you have cPanel as the control panel. The error is as below.

You will have to increase Timeout value in apache configuration file. This directive sets the amount of time the server will wait for certain events before failing a request. Login to your WHM as root & access option WHM >> Home » Service Configuration » Apache Configuration. Increase the Timeout value and you should be able to access the website.
