Using companies subdomain to host a new website

I have some questions;
We are gonna use our own domain, as a subdomain. wiki.mycompanyname.com will be our link to the wiki page hosting on your servers. Is it possible to do this? Are you gonna help us to create this sub-domain and direct it with the name servers to your hosting?
I think you install mediawiki for us. Are you installing other necessary extensions we need, for example like - Semantic MediaWiki? Also we will need this wiki to be "private", because we are planning to use the wiki as our development tool to create the design and documents. Only the users we will give permissions should be able to read and edit the wiki. Can you manage to do this for us? Do you update the wiki when something changes on mediawiki itself, or extensions, or even other stuff like mysql etc.?
How often you take backups? You know this wiki will be extremely important for us, as it is a part of our development. We can not afford any downtimes, are you sure your hosting service will be accessible 99.9% of the time? Are we gonna have a person from your side, for customer support, which we can call, email, chat, etc, anytime we need?
