Hi, I want to disable SSL certificate expiry alerts. If the certificates will be renewed automatically, there is no reason to alarm the customer with these emails. How should we deactivate them?

You can disable the notifications directly from Web Host Manager in cPanel & WHM.

For more detailed information, you can go with this video and follow step by step process:

In cPanel, there is an AutoSSL system that will notify the customer by sends mails to the cpanel contact email address when there is successful renewals, installation failure, and contract expiration. You have the option of disabling AutoSSL email notifications in cpanel.

There are total 5 steps of how to disable email notifications from cPanel-

1. Log in to cPanel and sign up to your account
2. Go to the contact information option
3. On the next page, you will see multiple options related to AutoSSL
4. If you want to disable the email notification then Un-check all the boxes
5. Click on the save button to save all the changes.
