Is it necessary to add Chatbots in your social media strategy?

Hello, MilesWeb,

It’s been 2 years, I have been working in the digital marketing industry and we all observe that technologies are growing day by day or we can say changing in the hour. Well, it is true that we are surrounded by the technologies. Users are emerging just by using the apps and in this fast growing market, they want instant solutions for their problem. To accommodate this need, businesses are adopting chatbots to uplift the conversation with the users. So my question is, is it necessary to add Chatbots in your social media strategy? Because if we are connected to the user through social media then what is the additional benefit of chatbots?

Many times, the company receives similar requests from different customers. In that situation, companies can opt for chatbots and showcase all these matters in FAQ form.
