Steps to check the status of your tickets in MilesWeb Client Area:

  • Login to MilesWeb Client Area.
  • You can either click on Active Tickets from the main dashboard or go to the Support option from the left and click on My Tickets.
  • Now, in the Status column, you can see the status of all your tickets.

  • If you want to view any ticket then just click on the ticket which you want to view.

  • The ticket gets open and here you can give a reply to a message.
