MilesWeb Logo, Brand Characteristic & Trademark Policy

This is a logo and trademark usage policy for MilesWeb, it lays out the terms and conditions for the acceptable use of the MilesWeb logo.

MilesWeb and its affiliates own the registered and unregistered product names, trade names, trademarks, service names, service marks trade dress, tagline, and other source identifiers owned by MilesWeb. You are prohibited from using, reproducing, advertising, displaying, publishing, or transmitting any of the logos or marks without MilesWeb’s prior written consent. For avoiding confusion, this policy is created concerning and is deemed to be a part of any agreements and programs implemented between you and MilesWeb. This policy is contractually and legally binding on people and entities making use of the MilesWeb logo. If you do not agree to this policy, you should not make any use of MilesWeb’s logos or trademarks.

You must comply with the usage policy for using or referring to the logos or marks. Usage of MilesWeb’s logos and marks will be further regulated by the agreement and programs conducted between you and MilesWeb.

You can use the MilesWeb logos and trademarks subject to the restrictions outlined in Agreements and programs between you and MilesWeb and this policy is for identifying MilesWeb’s products, services, and programs on promotional and advertising material, provided you meet the requirements mentioned below:

• You cannot include the MilesWeb logo in your company name, product or service name, or domain name.
• You should not include any trademarks or logos in your social media account name, assets, page(s), or community without written authorization from MilesWeb. Upon getting the written authorization, you can use the logo and the trademarks to describe the purpose of the social media forum by referring to the MilesWeb product. (Forum for MilesWeb TM Users, for example). Social media includes but is not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• You are not allowed to include any Mark, including MilesWeb logo or product icon design on whole or in part in your company logo, your product logo, your app launch title image, in your software products or services, or your social media posts without any prior written consent from MilesWeb.
• You must make use of an appropriate generic term after the MilesWeb brand name when it appears in any usage – whether in electronic or any other media – including websites, white papers, technical documentation, manuals, packaging, a download page, app store marketing, and social media. The right way to use the MilesWeb logo is MilesWeb®.
• Your product name cannot be confusingly similar to MilesWeb and your logo design cannot be similar to MilesWeb.
• You cannot use the MilesWeb logo, brand name, or mark in connection with any obscene material. Your use of MilesWeb marks should not be defamatory or derogatory to MilesWeb, any of its products or services, or person or entity.
• You should not use MilesWeb’s marks in any way that directly or indirectly expresses MilesWeb sponsorship, affiliation, certification, approval, or endorsement in connection with your product or service except as permitted by the Terms and Conditions between you and MilesWeb. You cannot use the MilesWeb name or logo in any way that is deceptive, false, or misleading.
• When you refer to a MilesWeb service, you should use the full name of the service in the first and the most prominent reference. While using a Mark, you must use it with a ® symbol - MilesWeb®.
• You should not shorten, abbreviate or modify any mark. Always spell out the brand name correctly and do not modify the logo or brand name.
• Branding requirements in connection with MilesWeb. Including the taglines and the colors, typography, and other materials should comply with the MilesWeb standards.
• If you are using the MilesWeb brand characteristic ensure that you do not alter it in any way. Do not remove, distort or change any element of the trademark or logo.
• Do not incorporate a MilesWeb brand characteristic in your product name, service name, trademark, logo, or company name.
• Do not display MilesWeb brand characteristics as the most important visual element of your website, brand name, product, or service.
• Do not display the MilesWeb brand characteristic in any way that is misleading, unfair, defamatory, disparaging, obscene, or in any way objectionable as determined by us in our sole discretion.
• Do not make use of the MilesWeb logo or brand characteristic in any way that violates any laws or regulations.
• Do not make use of the MilesWeb brand characteristic or logo on any website that comprises adult content or promotes the use of alcohol, tobacco, or gambling.
• Do not imitate the look and feel of any of MilesWeb’s websites or pages of any of our websites, including without limitation, branding, color combinations, fonts, graphic designs, product icons, or any other elements associated with us.
• Do not frame or mirror any page of the MilesWeb website.

If you are interested in promoting MilesWeb on your website, we encourage you to sign up for our affiliate program that provides the links and banners that you can use for promoting MilesWeb and to earn income through it. As a standard protocol, we do not allow personal use of our corporate logos for any other use other than the Affiliate Program.

Also, membership in the MilesWeb’s Affiliate Program does not allow you to make use of the brand characteristics in any way other than by displaying in unaltered state icons, banners, and graphics provided through the Affiliate Program. The use of trademarks, brand name, and logo shall be exclusively done by or in connection with the MilesWeb personnel in advertising including Google Ad words. The use of MilesWeb trademarks in any domain name is not allowed; if you are granted permission by the MilesWeb brand characteristics, you have to use them in accordance with the guidelines.
